I had a fantastic experience here. I came for a cosmetic consultation which was a fantastic deal to start with. The information and insight from the dentist I seen today was the best I have experienced so far to tell the truth.

I am a very nervous patient with an irrational fear of the dentist, today it felt calming and I felt understood. The options shared I genuinely felt were what will be best for me and I felt cared for.

I am happy to hopefully progress through the treatment and look forward to potentially having more confidence and a great smile. Nothing Ive seen today gives me even an ounce of doubt about their ability to care for me and do what’s best for me.

The hygiene is also fantastic, there was plenty of room to park which is always a great sign. Friendly and professional staff also help you feel welcome and comforted.

Everyone is so helpful and friendly. Every time I’ve been my appointments have been on time and quick, and my dentist is really professional and welcoming. Highly recommend to anyone looking for general dentistry or orthodontic/ cosmetic treatment.

I began my Invisalign treatment back in August 2021 and I have been so impressed with the care and attention to detail I have received. From the receptionists who phone to check up on my treatment/appointments through to Gursh and Charlotte who have been handling my treatment, all of the staff are so friendly and welcoming. Gursh is incredibly knowledgeable and always explains in great detail, exactly what to expect in an appointment. He pays such careful attention to detail that I’ve felt really looked after throughout the whole process. The same goes for Charlotte who I’ve seen for my last few appointments alongside Gursh. She is very attentive, kind and caring. Not once have I felt uneasy in the chair.

Amazing experience every time I’ve been. I was petrified of having my first root canal and was completely put at ease. No pain at all (genuinely!) and the aftercare was incredible. I’ve had a lot of dental treatment in the past and never had everything explained so thoroughly and clearly, never rushed through. Highly recommend!

Jes and the team were fantastic! I had multiple route canals. Overall lasted about 90 mins … minimal pain honestly I felt a tiny amount of pain for no more than 1 minute throughout. Jes and his assistant were very conscientious, I was numbed at the start and throughout was asked if was doing okay.
I was little nervous beforehand, but actually could have napped midway through !
The chilled out ibiza tunes in the background in the room made for an even more relaxing atmosphere

I am terrified of the dentist but after meeting the receptionist,the nurse then the actual dentist I felt that I could actually go through with my treatment. I had an initial examination then was advised what treatment I needed. I felt so relieved that I agreed to have the treatment. I made my appointment for root canal and fillings under sedation! WOW! On the day of treatment I arrived and was put at ease by all welcoming,smiling staff,it really is a good environment! Had my treatment and taken. Home_ no side effects but best of all no pain. Excellent service. 10 out of 10 at every stage of contact with Ascent. First: Almost instant phone call back following enquiry submitted on the website. Then: scheduling an appointment over the phone by super clear & efficient receptionist, followed by txt reminders & txt pre medical forms in prep for appointment. Then: Arriving in the clean, professional clinic, instantly information pack provided with pricing, info about surgery, payments plans & my dr qualification & experience. And finally: this was my 5th Invisalign consult & dr Gursh’s approach is just entire new level to anything you’ve ever experienced. Professional, efficient, attentive & perfectionist. Wealth of knowledge & fluency at every stage of examination. I was a very nervous patient and have tried various dentists. Mandeep was very understanding and talked me through my options for treatment. I thought I would need sedation for my root canal but I saw Jesal and he reassured me I would be fine without. And I was! All the staff are lovely and didn’t make me feel silly for being anxious. Alex and Felicia were very helpful. I feel like I can go to the dentist now for regular check ups instead of avoiding it. Jyoti and Alex made me feel really comfortable when having my composite bonding done and the results are amazing. I only wanted a subtle change to my teeth and a natural look, would highly recommend this practice.

I recently completed my teeth whitening process at Ascent in Loughborough with Dr Jyoti Parmar. This was made a little more difficult due to me having a dead tooth and a veneer at the front, however the whole process was explained and Jyoti made sure I was content with all steps.

After completing my at home whitening I had to be matched up for my new veneers, I then had to have the two dead teeth shaved down and prepared for veneer fitting. During the period my veneers were being made one of my teeth chipped and Jyoti got me in as soon as she could to assess if the veneers could still be fitted. All was well and I had my veneers fitted the next day.

The finished whitened smile with new veneers, also closing my gaps slightly looks amazing and has already given me more confidence, the teeth are lots whiter and the veneers look natural. Overall I’m extremely pleased with how my procedure turned out, the communication and levels of professionalism from all at ascent! If you’re thinking of having some whitening done or replacing veneers go with ascent, you won’t be disappointed!

Mandeep is honestly just an angel! ❤️❤️ I came in with my little boy on Friday who has quite severe learning disabilities and once again she was as lovely as ever! She just gives such a warm welcome! William didn’t want to sit in the chair and was already pretty stressed, so Mandeep just whizzed over on her chair and had a look in his mouth whilst he was stood up, rather than wait for him to get more distressed! It made it so much easier that she just got on with it in the way Wills was happiest!

So I first started coming here as a temporary measure during lockdown when I couldn’t get an nhs appointment as everywhere was shut and I was in DESPERATE need of a dentist. However Mandeep is just soooo lovely that instead of only coming to fix the issues I had during lockdown, we’ve instead signed both myself, my partner, and our 2 kids, on to membership plans because honestly she’s just so lovely, we’d feel like we were cheating if we went anywhere else 😂😂 We love her so much that she actually regularly come up in conversation when we’re debating buying junk food from on the food shop! Neither of us want to disappoint Mandeep… we always threaten each other with “I’ll tell Mandeep next time I see her if you buy that” 😂 If she ever leaves we’ll be going with her because she’s the nicest person everrrrr!!!
