I had a fantastic experience here. I came for a cosmetic consultation which was a fantastic deal to start with. The information and insight from the dentist I seen today was the best I have experienced so far to tell the truth.

I am a very nervous patient with an irrational fear of the dentist, today it felt calming and I felt understood. The options shared I genuinely felt were what will be best for me and I felt cared for.

I am happy to hopefully progress through the treatment and look forward to potentially having more confidence and a great smile. Nothing Ive seen today gives me even an ounce of doubt about their ability to care for me and do what’s best for me.

The hygiene is also fantastic, there was plenty of room to park which is always a great sign. Friendly and professional staff also help you feel welcome and comforted.

I went to Ascent dental care in Loughborough to look into ways I could improve my smile. My dentist Jyoti was absolutely amazing! She talked me through all my options and we decided to go for a whitening treatment and then composite bonding. The communication throughout from the practice was incredible and the process couldn’t have been made easier. Jyoti has absolutely transformed my smile and I couldn’t be happier! I began my Invisalign treatment back in August 2021 and I have been so impressed with the care and attention to detail I have received. From the receptionists who phone to check up on my treatment/appointments through to Gursh and Charlotte who have been handling my treatment, all of the staff are so friendly and welcoming. Gursh is incredibly knowledgeable and always explains in great detail, exactly what to expect in an appointment. He pays such careful attention to detail that I’ve felt really looked after throughout the whole process. The same goes for Charlotte who I’ve seen for my last few appointments alongside Gursh. She is very attentive, kind and caring. Not once have I felt uneasy in the chair.

Got me in on an emergency appointment. Very friendly and informative staff there. I’m a nervous patient and they were very understanding and patient with me. Encouraging and empathetic throughout the whole procedure of having a tooth out. Definitely recommend.

The treatment teceived from my dentist (Shiv) and his nurse (Holly) was excellent.. i had a crown fitted amd the whole process was went very smoothly. Shiv explained clearly all the steps he was taking and took great care to ensure the crown was a good fit.
I am extremely pleased with the end result.

I broke off a very old crown but Ascent gave me an appointment really quickly. Thorough examination and x-ray shows it can’t be replaced but explained why so, and given various options to consider. Another appointment booked in next week to progress. Very satisfied with the overall patient care provided.

I was referred to this practice by my local dentist to under go root canal treatment ahead of having cosmetic work done. I was seen by Jesal who instantly made me feel at ease and explained in detail the procedure that would be carried out, including all risks and costs before I gave the go ahead. The treatment itself was painless and so relaxing. I could of fell to sleep while he worked on my tooth. Jesal made sure I was ok throughout the 2 and a half hours I was in the dentist chair and explained what part of the procedure he was going to do next and what I should expect in terms of vibrations, washing, slight tugging…
A week later I received a little card through the post with a simple message to say how well I did during my treatment and that he will see me soon for my 6 month review, which I thought was a really nice touch! I really felt looked after and i would highly recommend anyone to get treatment here. Communication between myself, this practice and my local dentist has been excellent. Ascent Dental is a very friendly & professional dentist. I started a teeth whitening journey in December with the process commencing a few weeks ago, with great results, I found that they are very attentive in making sure I am a happy with my final results. I’m now a full new patient of the dentist and for the first time, I’m not terrified to go to a dentist. Mandeep made me feel very relaxed and talked me through everything. Gursh was also very welcoming as well and made me feel like I was in great, trusted hands for something that was very new and out my comfort zone.

16 months of dental work and I couldn’t be happier with the final result with my new smile!

I did not think it was possible to perfect my teeth due to my over bite and I was worried about the time I would need to wear a brace but it flew by.

The transformation is amazing and I can now smile with confidence!
