Couldn’t recommend highly enough from the lovely reception staff to the professional and calming dentist who did my root canal treatment today. I was originally referred as I was a very nervous patient and wanted sedation. But after meeting the dentist he assured me I would cope under local anaesthetic which I did and the whole procedure was totally painless. Thank you.

I have been with this dentist for the last 40yrs, recently it has changed hands and booking appointments has been difficult at times, but the care is great. Today I had a wisdom tooth removed. The proceedure was fine and completely painless, Simon is great as the consulting surgeon for more complex surgery, I recommend him 100%

I had an extraction under sedation and the team were fantastic. they are all really kind and caring and I didn’t know anything about it – perfect!

Mandeep is honestly just an angel! ❤️❤️ I came in with my little boy on Friday who has quite severe learning disabilities and once again she was as lovely as ever! She just gives such a warm welcome! William didn’t want to sit in the chair and was already pretty stressed, so Mandeep just whizzed over on her chair and had a look in his mouth whilst he was stood up, rather than wait for him to get more distressed! It made it so much easier that she just got on with it in the way Wills was happiest!

So I first started coming here as a temporary measure during lockdown when I couldn’t get an nhs appointment as everywhere was shut and I was in DESPERATE need of a dentist. However Mandeep is just soooo lovely that instead of only coming to fix the issues I had during lockdown, we’ve instead signed both myself, my partner, and our 2 kids, on to membership plans because honestly she’s just so lovely, we’d feel like we were cheating if we went anywhere else 😂😂 We love her so much that she actually regularly come up in conversation when we’re debating buying junk food from on the food shop! Neither of us want to disappoint Mandeep… we always threaten each other with “I’ll tell Mandeep next time I see her if you buy that” 😂 If she ever leaves we’ll be going with her because she’s the nicest person everrrrr!!!

Thank you so much ! From the first step into Ascent Dentist I was welcomed and reassured that I would be treated to suit my fears. I am terrified of the dentist but after meeting the receptionist,the nurse then the actual dentist I felt that I could actually go through with my treatment. I had an initial examination then was advised what treatment I needed. I felt so relieved that I agreed to have the treatment. I made my appointment for root canal and fillings under sedation! WOW! On the day of treatment I arrived and was put at ease by all welcoming,smiling staff,it really is a good environment! Had my treatment and taken. Home_ no side effects but best of all no pain. I went to Ascent dental care in Loughborough to look into ways I could improve my smile. My dentist Jyoti was absolutely amazing! She talked me through all my options and we decided to go for a whitening treatment and then composite bonding. The communication throughout from the practice was incredible and the process couldn’t have been made easier. Jyoti has absolutely transformed my smile and I couldn’t be happier! Not only is she professional and brilliant at what she does, she’s also very friendly and put me at ease through every step. Thank you soo much!

The treatment teceived from my dentist (Shiv) and his nurse (Holly) was excellent.. i had a crown fitted amd the whole process was went very smoothly. Shiv explained clearly all the steps he was taking and took great care to ensure the crown was a good fit.

Amazing experience every time I’ve been. I was petrified of having my first root canal and was completely put at ease. No pain at all (genuinely!) and the aftercare was incredible. I’ve had a lot of dental treatment in the past and never had everything explained so thoroughly and clearly, never rushed through. Highly recommend!

I had a lingual brace fitted to my top teeth with Ascent Dental last year and I am very pleased with the results. I had some overcrowding and crookedness which has now been resolved and I feel much more confident with my smile! I would definitely recommend this type of brace if you are wishing to straighten your teeth invisibly, no one even noticed that I had a brace unless I pointed it out. The staff were very helpful and supportive during my treatment. I am now considering having my bottom teeth done with the same type of brace.

I had a fantastic experience here. I came for a cosmetic consultation which was a fantastic deal to start with. The information and insight from the dentist I seen today was the best I have experienced so far to tell the truth.

I am a very nervous patient with an irrational fear of the dentist, today it felt calming and I felt understood. The options shared I genuinely felt were what will be best for me and I felt cared for.

I am happy to hopefully progress through the treatment and look forward to potentially having more confidence and a great smile. Nothing Ive seen today gives me even an ounce of doubt about their ability to care for me and do what’s best for me.

The hygiene is also fantastic, there was plenty of room to park which is always a great sign. Friendly and professional staff also help you feel welcome and comforted.
